Monday, July 27, 2009 by Shawn Soole:: Before I get a myriad of comments about my proportions and not shaking it etc hear me out. I have playing with the Vesper for some time in the effort to turn people from the Vodka martini or the Kangaroo to the classic gin martini. IN doing so I have been experimenting with different gin and vodka combinations at different amounts. I have found that this one works well to change peoples perceptions on gin and so this is how I make mine. While not a traditional Vesper, I believe that this is the lynch pin of moving peoples drinking habits.
